The following issues will be addressed in the roundtable: 1) Theoretical foundations of computer sciences; 2) Information assurance and security; 3) Large scale IT applications; 4) Semiconductor design, testing, and production; 5) Computer-based decision making systems; 6) Software intellectual properties. These issues are critical for the growth of the IT industry. Thorough investigations will eliminate any bottlenecks and help the recovery of the global IT industry.
